Oophaga pumilio ‘Punta Laurel’
Dart Frogs
Current Group: 1 female, 2 males, 3 offspring (1 subadult available now, 2 froglets maturing)
Our Punta Laurel group is a carefully maintained trio of Oophaga pumilio – a striking small-bodied dart frog species with bold coloration, strong site fidelity, and parental care behavior that makes them a favorite among advanced keepers and frogroom purists.
We currently have:
- 1 confirmed subadult offspring ready for placement
- 2 froglets that will become available in the coming months
- A producing adult group kept in naturalistic conditions that supports long-term reproductive health and behavioral enrichment
Because O. pumilio are slower to mature and highly sensitive to environmental stability, we release offspring conservatively and with guidance for appropriate setup and care. This morph offers both visual impact and fascinating husbandry dynamics.
