Tristan
Eastern Indigo’s
Male Eastern Indigo Snake (Drymarchon couperi)
Lineage: European bloodline import
Tristan is one of our most promising up-and-coming Eastern Indigo males – fast-growing, highly food-motivated, and showing excellent early structure. Acquired as a neonate, he’s already developing into a bold and interactive individual, with a striking bright red chin that hints at the vibrant contrast we aim to preserve and refine in future pairings.
His lineage comes from a respected breeder in Europe, and his presence in our collection is part of a broader effort to introduce fresh genetic diversity into Canadian Eastern Indigo lines. This outcross potential is vital for the long-term health and sustainability of Drymarchon couperi projects, both in private collections and potential conservation initiatives.
Tristan combines physical quality with engaging behavior – confident, responsive, and always ready for a meal. As he matures, he’ll be a cornerstone male for our Indigo breeding program, helping us produce robust, visually distinctive offspring with strong behavioral stability.
